【品牌介紹】 Chez Sandi法式。小珊蒂是一間專賣法式薄餅，溫馨又溫暖的店。老闆和老闆娘在法國念書，回台灣後因為在台灣找不到在法國留學時吃到的味道，所以開了Chez Sandi，希望能讓更多的人透過法式薄餅吃到美味的食物! Chez Sandi is a creperie, warm and very warm. Boss couple studied in France and want to bring the french tastes back, and through the galette/crêpe to represent their delicious food! 【主打產品】 法式薄餅有鹹的叫做galette, 餅皮是由蕎麥做成，有不同口味的變化，正統的鹹薄餅裡都會放起司和蛋，最大的特色就是鐘於食物的原味，道地會搭配蘋果酒一起，可以當成正餐享用! 甜的叫做crêpe, 大家比較熟悉的是"可麗餅" 但正統法式薄餅是軟皮Q彈的餅皮。 店裡幾乎90%的醬料都是我們自己製作，不直接使用外面販售的半成品，堅持手作，盡我們所能的讓大家吃到食物的原味，經由食物與食物間的搭配一起碰撞出美味的食物，是我們的初衷! The salty one name " galette". The major tastes of galette is made from buckwheat, cheese and egg. Galette use the original food, can take it as a breakfast/lunch/dinner to enjoy! The sweet one name" crêpe". Traditonal crêpe is made from four、egg、milk、caramel butter and sugar. The crêpe is soft with all different sauces.
